Vehicles donated to various charities and dealer overstock. All vehicles sold as "tow away" with no emissions guaranteed or temp tags issued.
The buyer's premium for the auction will be 18%. The cash/wire transfer discounted buyer's premium will be 14%
A $50 deposit will be required to bid. If you are the winning bidder, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If you do not win, the deposit will be refunded.
The buyer will be required to pay sales tax based on your county of residence. This is in addition to the buyer's premium.
Credit cards will not be accepted for invoices, or any portions of invoices exceeding a total of $5000. This applies to the total of an individual invoice, and not an individual unit on the invoice. Invoices may not be split to circumvent this rule.
Most units will be sold no reserve. Some units may have an undisclosed reserve. Reserves are determined by the consignors, and not the auction house. The auction house may bid on the behalf of a reserve up to the reserve amount.
Online payments will not be accepted for this auction.
