Online auction of Wyatts Towing and other impounded, abandoned, donated, and dealer surplus vehicles hosted by Peak Auto Auctions. These vehicles will be sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold pursuant to C.R.S. 42-4-2104. and other approved methods

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.

ONLINE PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS AUCTION.

There will be a 14% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle.
