Online auction of impounded, abandoned, donated, and dealer surplus vehicles hosted by Peak Auto Auctions. These vehicles will be sold clear of any liens or holds. All vehicles sold pursuant to C.R.S. 42-4-2104.

SOLD AS IS, SOME ARE BILL OF SALE ONLY, SOME HAVE CLEAN TITLES, LOCAL TAXES APPLY WITH $65 DEALER FEE . THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE 14% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER.
